2.1 Web Development and Design Services
Pre-Delivery: If you cancel your project before we begin work, you are eligible for a full refund minus any payment processing fees.
Post-Delivery: Once the final deliverables have been provided and approved, no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we will work with you to resolve any issues.
2.2 Subscription-Based Services
Refunds for subscription services are available if requested within the first 14 days of the service start date. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
For annual or multi-year subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription, minus any applicable discounts or fees.
2.3 Consulting and Support Services
Consulting and support services are non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel a scheduled consultation or support session at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Refunds for ongoing support contracts are available if requested within 30 days of the start date, provided that no significant services have been rendered.
